What happens if my package is undeliverable?

A member from our team will contact you via phone or email to discuss shipping costs and next steps.

What if my order is flagged for fraud?

You will be contacted to confirm the transaction. In the event that you aren't reachable, the order will be canceled immediately and the money will be refunded to the card on file.

What is the exchange policy?

Products can be returned for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

All products returned must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging, please keep proof of purchase.
